Job description:
We are looking for an accountant that is motivated and has a very high attention to detail. Someone that is a problem solver and looks for ways to improve processes would be a perfect fit for this position.
This role will be responsible for:
- Month end close tasks including bank reconciliations, review of Aging reports, tying out fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
- Reviewing customer accounts and create collections reports
- Linking reports of production and rates to generate monthly invoices
- Review check requests and validate approvals
- Ad hoc reporting of expenses
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience
- General understanding of GAAP
- Month end close experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Netsuite experience is a plus
