Lead and manage the Tampa electrical team to deliver complex electrical designs for ports, marinas, terminals, DoD and transportation projects. Oversee power distribution, lighting, grounding, switchgear, coordination and arc-flash studies; prepare contract documents, cost estimates, submittal reviews, and construction observations. Mentor staff, support firm-wide electrical needs, develop client relationships, and ensure QA/QC and compliance with client and DoD requirements.

Provide administrative and operational support for payroll processing across Latin America: maintain employee records, assist timekeeping, generate payroll reports, respond to inquiries, support audits, and ensure data accuracy under supervision.

Support LATAM accounting: prepare financial records, maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts monthly, create journal entries, clear suspense accounts, and reconcile with third-party/local financial statements. Occasional travel required.
