Designs roadway, sidewalk, shoulder, drainage, and transportation infrastructure projects under licensed engineers. Responsibilities include preparing plans, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, permits, and client coordination. The role supports DOT, municipal, rail, bike path, and pedestrian projects within an integrated design team. Candidates must have a civil engineering degree, roadway design experience, consulting experience, CAD software proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Processes invoices, expense reports, tax payments, and vendor payments; verifies approvals and documentation; codes transactions to GL accounts; matches purchase orders; reconciles payments; maintains records; and assists with monthly reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses.
