Leads architectural design direction, historic preservation projects, client relationships, business development, construction administration, interdisciplinary coordination, and staff mentoring. Oversees design teams and multiple building planning efforts, conducts design and technical reviews, manages project constraints, supports marketing materials, and shares preservation expertise. The role requires a licensed architect with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in architectural design and rendering software.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex port, marine, coastal, terminal, and waterfront infrastructure projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams, project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and commercial performance. Provide technical leadership, client advising, proposal development, contract negotiation, and business development. Build stakeholder relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, and developers, while mentoring engineering and project management staff. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits requiring navigation of challenging terrain.

Support transportation design projects by preparing roadway plans, quantities, cost estimates, drainage and sidewalk designs, and permit documentation. Assist project managers with plan preparation, report writing, client coordination, and cost estimating while applying civil engineering principles under licensed engineers.
