Provides administrative and operational support for payroll processing across Latin America. Responsibilities include preparing payroll data, maintaining employee records, reviewing timekeeping, generating reports, responding to basic inquiries, ensuring accuracy, supporting audits, and escalating complex issues. The role works under close supervision and requires bilingual communication, strong Excel skills, basic payroll knowledge, and familiarity with international payroll systems.

Provides advanced technical support for employees worldwide, handling hardware, software, mobile devices, help desk tickets, and complex IT issues. Maintains WDS imaging, documentation, inventory, and Active Directory processes. Supports onboarding and offboarding, assists network operations, and trains or mentors IT Support Specialists. Requires strong customer service, independent work, advanced IT knowledge, and occasional travel.

Supports planning and design of waterfront and coastal infrastructure projects, including coastal hazard assessments, restoration, dredging, shore protection, and beach nourishment. Collects and analyzes coastal, survey, geotechnical, and aerial data; performs coastal process and sediment transport modeling; assists with engineering reports, permits, fieldwork, and project meetings under supervision.
