Lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption of NextPort digital solutions at container terminals. Coordinate customers, terminal operators, IT, product, engineering, data, and support teams; manage project plans, risks, timelines, integrations (TOS, APIs, data), user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support.

Perform electrical power systems design for waterfront infrastructure projects including medium/low voltage distribution, grounding, lighting, lightning protection, communications, switchgear, selective coordination and arc flash studies. Support multidiscipline projects, site investigations, client meetings, QA/QC activities, and coordination with utilities and project teams. Provide calculations, drawings, and specifications and travel to project sites as needed.

Lead and manage the Tampa electrical team to deliver complex electrical designs for ports, marinas, terminals, DoD and transportation projects. Oversee power distribution, lighting, grounding, switchgear, coordination and arc-flash studies; prepare contract documents, cost estimates, submittal reviews, and construction observations. Mentor staff, support firm-wide electrical needs, develop client relationships, and ensure QA/QC and compliance with client and DoD requirements.
