Manage and coach a 12-15 person B2B commercial sales team across Michigan, set revenue and activity goals, drive sales targets, participate in large deals, develop team processes and prospecting plans, manage departmental budget, use Salesforce for coaching, and collaborate with marketing.

Lead HR functions across six Michigan locations including benefits administration, recruiting, OSHA and FMLA compliance, worker's comp, employee relations, onboarding, HR policy development, and HR metrics tracking. Serve as primary HR resource for leadership, manage recruiting priorities and budget, and travel in-state as needed to support teams.
