Design, develop, test, document, and enhance software applications supporting business operations. Analyze requirements and business processes, define technical solutions, participate in code reviews and the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, conduct systems and functional testing, coordinate with departments, train users, and communicate project progress and risks to supervisors and project managers.

Sources and communicates with candidates for regional field leadership roles, especially through college campuses and events. Organize and maintain enterprise documents, metadata, tagging, classifications, and records retention within SharePoint. Partner with departments to migrate, clean, update, and structure content for improved searchability, onboarding, knowledge retention, and AI use. Monitor knowledge-base quality, support information governance, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and data teams on broader data and AI initiatives.

Gather, clean, and transform data; build dashboards, reports, and visualizations; perform statistical analysis; develop enterprise data models; ensure data quality; support business users with self-service analytics; maintain data education resources; and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Provide Tier 2+ endpoint and laptop lifecycle support including troubleshooting, imaging and Windows OS deployment, scripting (PowerShell/Python), endpoint tool administration (Intune, BigFix, ControlUp, Defender), hardware inspections, firmware maintenance, vendor/audit coordination, user training, off-hour upgrades, and on-call rotation support.

Process and analyze qualified and non‑qualified annuity applications (fixed and variable), handle 1035 exchanges, transfers and rollovers, maintain plan files and records, respond to field representatives, members, and employers by phone and correspondence, stay current on tax laws and product changes, and help improve departmental systems and efficiencies.

Lead projects from approval to implementation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while maintaining project documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Process life, disability, and waiver claims; request and review supplemental records; approve payments within limits; prepare tax documents; create and maintain claim records; correspond with members, beneficiaries, providers, representatives, and internal departments; maintain knowledge of plans, riders, settlement options, and relevant tax laws.

Provide administrative and receptionist support to a regional office: prepare and file documents, schedule meetings, handle communications, assist recruiting and onboarding, submit expense reports, support fraternal processes, and act as a liaison with home office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and talent development programs. Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, create curricula, facilitate training, measure program impact, manage vendors and budgets, and coach a team to build a culture of continuous learning.

Support compliance program by reviewing registered representatives communications and trade practices, identifying exposures, advising reps on policies, monitoring outside business activities, updating surveillance policies, maintaining compliance records, and supporting system modifications (Access, Purview, trading surveillance). Participate in investigations, examinations, and cross-functional projects.
