Design, develop, test, document, and enhance software applications supporting business operations. Analyze requirements and business processes, define technical solutions, participate in code reviews and the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, conduct systems and functional testing, coordinate with departments, train users, and communicate project progress and risks to supervisors and project managers.

Sources and communicates with candidates for regional field leadership roles, especially through college campuses and events. Builds recruiting relationships with colleges, military, and career placement organizations; coordinates selection testing; tracks recruiting activity; prepares reports; evaluates recruiting processes; researches industry data; and develops strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines through onboarding.

Maintain and audit certificate rates and values, prepare quotes and illustrations, test product values and forms, diagnose and correct issues, respond to inquiries, document calculations, and produce reports while supporting administrative tasks.
