Lead Sales Operations teams to drive KPIs and operational execution across Cricket Wireless retail locations. Monitor activations, upgrades, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, and compliance. Partner with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to address performance gaps and support company growth.

Manage inventory reconciliation and accuracy across retail stores: investigate discrepancies, ensure POs and RMAs are posted, conduct counts/audits, generate variance reports, track trends, and coordinate with store and operations teams to maintain inventory controls and timely cash deposit reconciliation.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track KPIs, and contribute to employer branding and recruiting strategy to deliver timely, quality hires.

Serve customers in-store by providing tailored wireless solutions, driving sales and KPIs, assisting with store operations, and representing the brand. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), work at least 32 hours weekly including nights/weekends, and perform light physical tasks like stocking and standing for long periods.
