Own the wireless retail business end to end, including P&L, revenue, margin, sales strategy, store operations, budgets, and growth. Lead from the field by coaching district and store leaders, recruiting and developing teams, managing KPIs, controlling costs, and building an accountable culture. The role requires regular travel across markets and hands-on leadership in a multi-unit wireless retail environment.

Lead HR department operations including hiring/onboarding, employee relations, compliance with state and federal laws, benefits and retirement administration, payroll collaboration, policy updates, investigations guidance, and supervising HR staff to meet organizational objectives.

Lead and grow a region of 50+ retail locations: drive sales and KPIs, recruit and develop multi-unit teams, optimize operations (inventory, cash), implement marketing initiatives, coach staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve store performance and customer retention.
