Lead and grow a region of 50+ retail locations: drive sales and KPIs, recruit and develop multi-unit teams, optimize operations (inventory, cash), implement marketing initiatives, coach staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve store performance and customer retention.

Prepare and maintain recurring and ad-hoc management reports by consolidating and validating data from multiple systems, maintain dashboards and trackers, support KPI monitoring, perform reconciliations, coordinate with stakeholders, support audits, and recommend reporting automation and process improvements.

Drive market sales performance by partnering with Sales Directors and District Managers; monitor and optimize KPIs; analyze sales trends and report insights; develop district managers and frontline talent; manage local marketing and events; support executive reporting and resolve operational escalations to ensure stores meet sales goals.
