Lead and develop Retail Store Managers and sales teams across multiple locations. Drive sales performance, customer service, business improvements, talent acquisition, training, and operational compliance, including inventory accuracy and cash-handling policies. The role requires multi-unit retail leadership, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
