Provides charge nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include resident assessments, medication and treatment administration, documentation, emergency response, shift reporting, staff supervision, nursing assignments, physician notifications, admissions and discharges, narcotic controls, safety monitoring, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Requires an accredited nursing education, an unencumbered RN or LVN license, current CPR certification, flexible availability, and preferably two years of clinical nursing experience.
