Lead Ski School operations to grow revenue, maintain programs, train and manage staff, handle scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination. Oversee manuals, equipment, hiring, and guest service while ensuring compliance with department policies and supporting marketing and sales activities.

Lead and supervise terrain park staff; design, build, inspect, and maintain freestyle features; manage risk and guest safety; coordinate with grooming, lift operations, and ski patrol; support events and maintain administrative records and timecards. Perform hands-on on-mountain work, including skiing/snowboarding to access terrain and using maintenance equipment.
