Provide logistics and property management support including inventory control, maintaining Defense Property Accountability System entries, tracking lifecycle and chain-of-custody of assets, supporting acquisitions and asset oversight, analyzing and optimizing logistics using advanced software, developing analysis tools and procedures, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. May respond after-hours in a 24x7 environment.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware/software; deliver remote support worldwide; investigate, resolve, and escalate cloud infrastructure and helpdesk issues; install and move equipment; perform data transfer tasks and integrity testing.

Administer, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot VTC and VOIP systems and endpoints; perform QA and diagnostics, support video streaming, and interface VTC equipment with routing and secure networks.

Provide Tier 1 IT support: respond to internal/external service requests for Unix and Windows NT servers, notify users, log and track tickets, categorize and escalate issues, and maintain documentation.

Manage and execute the Configuration Management (CM) process for network systems: develop CM plans, operate CM tools, track changes and defects, audit configuration activities against baselines, report findings, and support process improvement to ensure accurate documentation and change control.
