The Role

Description

Responsibilities Include:

  

  1. Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  2. May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  3. Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  4. Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide site
  5. Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
  6. Modifies, moves, and installs new equipment
  7. Performs technical tasks and provides site support.
  8. Performs integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems
  9. Will interface with our Tier 2 technical support team and our Availability Management team to escalate any issues that require additional assistance to resolve
  10. Will perform Data Transfer Agent requests to transfer files between networks.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics , Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. 

Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance

Preferred: DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification
