Assemble heavy-duty backup power systems: install exhaust, fuel, air/hydraulic lines, mount hardware and radiators, read blueprints, use hand and power tools, operate lifts, follow safety protocols, and support production goals.

Support electricians by installing conduit, wiring, boxes, fixtures, and basic electrical components. Read blueprints under supervision, perform insulation/continuity checks, organize materials, maintain safety and PPE compliance, and assist with quality assurance and operational checks. Support production electricians and ensure designs integrate with structural and HVAC systems.

Partner with regional operations to deliver financial reporting, rolling forecasts, and project-level profitability analysis (including percentage-of-completion). Build dynamic models, support pricing and bid decisions, contribute to M&A diligence and integration, design BI dashboards and process improvements, and produce board- and sponsor-ready materials to drive profitability and operational decisions.

Prepare, fabricate, and cut sheet metal using press brakes, shears, saws, and lathes; set up tooling, read blueprints, inspect measurements, maintain machines, and assist with material handling including forklift use.

Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for power systems (up to 38 kV) to support sales, estimating, and project execution. Review RFQs, datasheets, standards compliance, manufacturability, and testing requirements while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
