The role requires physically demanding work in manufacturing environments, including lifting, standing, kneeling, and working indoors or outdoors.

Designs low- and medium-voltage electrical switchgear, replacement breakers, power distribution systems, motor control centers, controls integration, and arc flash protection. Develops engineering drawings, submittals, bills of materials, and testing plans while meeting customer, manufacturing, regulatory, and project requirements. Collaborates with mechanical, production, purchasing, QA, vendors, project management, and sales teams; resolves production issues; improves design processes; and mentors junior engineers.

Designs electro-mechanical power systems, including low- and medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, motor control centers, PLCs, protective relays, controls integration, and arc-flash protection. Develops electrical designs from customer specifications and one-line diagrams, supports fast-paced projects, communicates technical concepts to stakeholders, and visits production floors and regional sites to oversee manufacturing, safety, and compliance.

Leads the design and implementation of low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems, motor control centers, control equipment, and arc flash protection systems. Ensures designs meet customer requirements, UL standards, and regional codes while optimizing quality, cost, and cycle time. Collaborates with mechanical, manufacturing, estimating, and field service teams; supports troubleshooting and testing; and mentors junior engineers and designers. The role also drives process improvements and provides technical leadership across complex projects from concept through production.

Leads financial operations, reporting, close processes, manufacturing cost accounting, internal controls, audits, cash flow, working capital, ERP optimization, and accounting team development. Partners with plant and executive leaders to improve profitability, ensure compliance, strengthen financial processes, and provide actionable business insights across multi-site manufacturing operations.

The Quality Engineer plans and documents product inspections and testing, monitors quality and operational KPIs, investigates complaints and nonconformances, and supports corrective actions and risk management. The role also provides quality-system training, maintains documentation, and participates in ISO, UL, and internal audits. Work occurs in manufacturing facilities and requires interpreting electro-mechanical drawings, using Microsoft Office, wearing PPE, navigating shop-floor environments, and traveling between company facilities as needed.

Leads industrial electricians installing electrical systems in modular power distribution buildings. Oversees switchgear, MCC, UPS, cable tray, conduit, wiring, equipment rigging, and structural placement.
