Manage day-to-day office operations, reception, scheduling, vendor relations, supplies, basic bookkeeping, onboarding support, employee events, facility maintenance, and cross-functional administrative tasks to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.

Oversee and optimize materials flow to support production: manage receiving, inventory, restocking, labeling, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, documentation control, coordination with procurement and production, supervise warehouse team, enforce safety, and operate forklifts to meet production deadlines.

Lead a portfolio of engineered-to-order projects for strategic accounts, manage and develop a PM team, align cross-functional stakeholders, mitigate risks proactively, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery with frequent production-floor engagement.

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Manage supervisors and plant teams, drive continuous improvement (MCG Way/kaizen), partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Operational Excellence, and own plant P&L, capacity planning, and KPI performance.

Coordinate engineering change management, develop and maintain engineering processes and systems, train stakeholders, track KPIs, generate reports, lead continuous improvement and root-cause corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation of project deliverables.

Manage and execute market segment plans for engineered power systems. Support technical evaluation of low/medium-voltage switchgear, drive sales opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, track pipeline and bookings, and support sales reps while contributing to segment strategy and process improvements.

Oversee facility safety and functionality through inspections, incident investigation, risk assessments, training, contractor coordination, maintenance planning, and OSHA compliance. Track KPIs (TRIR, DART), implement controls (LOTO, MHE, fall protection), and supervise facilities staff.

Lead development of complete electrical design packages for low- and medium-voltage control equipment, ensuring compliance with standards, collaborating with manufacturing and field teams, supporting production/testing, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to product improvement and client communications.

Support project and cost accounting, including milestone billing, cash application, AR management, invoice preparation, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close tasks. Maintain billing documentation, customer records, and help resolve payment discrepancies while ensuring GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Facilitate Kaizen events, analyze processes to remove waste and bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, coach teams, support visual factory and standard work rollouts, and ensure ISO 9001 and quality system compliance to improve throughput, quality, and safety.

Design low- and medium-voltage switchgear, breakers, and related equipment; produce drawings, submittals, and BOMs; collaborate with mechanical, production, purchasing, vendors, QA and testing; develop test plans and design documentation; support project management, production, and sales; work hands-on with production to resolve issues quickly.

Develop, validate, and troubleshoot test processes for low/medium voltage products (switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, breakers). Create/perform ITPs and FATs, maintain test/calibration records, update technical documents, collaborate with technicians and design engineers, and train/lead teams to meet safety and project deadlines.

Lead full-cycle accounts payable across multiple operating companies, administer Ramp spend management, manage AP team, ensure timely vendor payments, maintain controls, oversee ERP integrations, drive process improvements, support month-end close, vendor management, 1099 reporting, and AP metrics.

Lead a team of production technicians while performing hands-on assembly of control panels and switchgear. Mentor, train, and coach technicians; ensure productivity, quality, safety compliance, and adherence to SOPs. Read blueprints, perform fabrication, wiring, cable assembly, and use hand/power tools. Provide coverage for management, run safety briefings, and obtain required certifications.

Develop detailed 3D models and drawings (sheet metal, structural supports, barriers, copper bus assemblies) for low- to medium-voltage switchgear using Autodesk Inventor. Ensure manufacturability, prepare BOMs and assembly drawings, collaborate with electrical designers and cross-functional teams, support manufacturing and project execution, reduce cycle time through design reuse, mentor junior designers, and contribute to design reviews and process improvements.

Develop detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs for low-voltage switchgear and control panels. Support ECOs, maintain version control, ensure manufacturability and compliance with customer, regulatory, and project requirements, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Supervise daily fabrication (welding, cutting, forming, machining, assembly), plan work to meet schedules, lead and train production teams, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate materials/equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage a team of testing technicians to validate custom electrical assemblies. Oversee testing procedures, ensure compliance with UL and industry standards, troubleshoot failures with engineering and production, maintain calibration and documentation, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across three product centers.

Build and lead a centralized Demand & Deal Desk to intake, qualify, route, and govern commercial opportunities. Design intake models, approval workflows, pricing and margin controls, standardized proposal templates, and AI-enabled tooling. Serve as neutral coordinator across Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Finance, and Legal while enabling seller adoption, supplier onboarding, and continuous process improvement.

Design low-voltage electrical switchgear, breakers, and control systems. Create drawings, submittals, BOMs, and testing plans. Collaborate with mechanical, production, purchasing, QA, and vendors. Document design processes, support project management and production, resolve manufacturing issues, mentor junior engineers, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
