Leads engineered-to-order manufacturing projects from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, production, testing, shipping, change orders, and customer communications. Coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and field service teams. Ensures contract compliance, on-time delivery, accurate billing inputs, and adherence to ISO 9001 and project management standards. The role requires regular escalation to senior project managers and manages multiple complex projects without direct authority.

The Director of FP&A partners with operational leaders to deliver financial reporting, rolling forecasts, profitability analysis, KPI tracking, pricing and bid decisions, M&A support, and board-ready materials. The role improves forecasting and reporting processes, develops BI dashboards, standardizes financial methodologies, and provides real-time insights to drive profitability and growth. It requires frequent production-floor engagement in a manufacturing environment but has no direct reports.
