Coordinates ship-loose materials for critical power projects, including material receipt, picking, kitting, counting, packaging, labeling, documentation, and handoff to Shipping. Tracks readiness, shortages, quantities, owners, and deadlines while coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, Project Management, and Service. Ensures materials are protected, accurately documented, and delivered on schedule. The role requires manufacturing-site work, physical handling, safety compliance, and occasional operation of material-handling equipment.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and documents generator and switchgear control systems. Develops PLC and HMI architectures, integrates low- and medium-voltage systems, troubleshoots control issues, programs protective relays, and supports project performance testing and startup. Collaborates with engineering and project management teams to deliver safe, reliable, compliant automation solutions. Travel is required based on project scope.

Designs and leads complex electrical power system projects from concept through production. Responsibilities include switchgear, low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor control centers, controls integration, arc flash protection, PLCs, protective relays, communication systems, and compliance with UL standards and utility codes. The engineer collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams, reviews technical specifications and one-line diagrams, supports manufacturing, oversees production-floor activities, and travels frequently to regional sites.
