Prepare and clean metal parts and welded assemblies using abrasive blasting and spray techniques. Inspect and stage components, maintain blasting equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, organize cleaned parts for production, and meet production timelines and performance metrics.

Lead HSE strategy and governance across multi-site power generation and manufacturing sites. Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, oversee incident investigations and CAPAs, standardize processes, develop site HSE teams, manage contractor safety, and report performance metrics to leadership.

Lead enterprise internal and executive communications for a multi-site industrial organization. Own messaging architecture, executive ghostwriting, change-management and M&A integration communications, CSR program design and reporting, town-hall and event production, channel governance, measurement, and a small internal communications team. Partner closely with CEO, HR, Marketing, and operating leaders to align employees across offices and plant floors.
