Supports and improves revenue systems, including Salesforce administration, CPQ processes, sales tools, data quality, workflows, and approvals. Designs and maintains AI-agent processes and n8n automations, troubleshoots failures, documents solutions, and identifies automation opportunities. Coordinates CPQ transformation requirements, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and technical stakeholders.

Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA by driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, manage complex sales cycles, and align customer objectives with Mirakl’s product roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams while monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics. The role requires fluent English and French, strong commercial and analytical skills, and experience managing strategic SaaS or technology accounts.
