Provide comprehensive administrative, office management, and reception support for Anishinaabe-gikendaasowinan academic and community programs, support WINHEC accreditation and cultural/ language boards, perform customer service, data entry and verification, basic accounting reconciliation, document preparation, scheduling, and project coordination.

Manage financial aid application, awarding, and disbursement functions; supervise and train student employees; ensure compliance with federal, state, system, and institutional regulations (including Consortium Agreements, TEACH/MN TEACH Grants, NCAA rules, and FERPA); provide counseling to students, families, and counselors; process aid files and perform data entry and imaging tasks; serve as primary financial aid contact for athletics.

Provide academic leadership for STEM and Social Science programs across two colleges: supervise faculty and staff, recruit and hire, manage budgets, support accreditation and assessment, foster partnerships and inclusive practices, lead planning and quality improvement, and ensure smooth departmental operations.

Oversee and administer the TRiO Student Support Services grant serving ~216 students. Supervise TRiO advisors and staff, ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional grant regulations (HEOA, EDGAR, OMB), meet grant objectives and APR requirements, manage program budget, and support services and retention strategies for disadvantaged, first-generation, and students with disabilities.

Lead and manage the college's accounting and contracting functions, including financial reporting, cash flow, audits, payroll, grants, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory, and fixed asset reporting. Develop policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with state, federal, and MinnState regulations. Supervise staff, negotiate leases and contracts, approve contract forms and execution, and coordinate non-personnel insurance with State Risk Management.

Lead and manage complex college-wide IT solutions by analyzing business needs, evaluating and implementing COTS/SaaS and custom systems, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and guiding projects through requirements, procurement, configuration, and deployment to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and service delivery.
