Coordinate and advance campus sustainability programs, manage energy and resource use, maintain sustainability metrics and reporting, oversee renewable energy and EV charging programs, support sustainable procurement and space utilization, and engage campus and community stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with Minnesota State policies.

Serve as the institution's Designated Officer and Title IX Coordinator overseeing civil rights compliance, intake, investigations, resolution, training, and prevention programs. Lead investigators and the Bias Incident Response Team, maintain confidential records and reporting, advise leadership on equity and policy, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws (Title IX, Title VII, ADA, Clery, etc.).

Manage operation, maintenance, and repair of college buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Supervise facilities staff and contractors, oversee budgets, capital projects, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, state environmental rules). Collaborate on planning major repairs, renovations, and new construction; manage energy, parking, and maintenance budgets to ensure safe, functional campus facilities.
