Provide high-level administrative leadership for Foundation and Development, supporting the Executive Director with donor database administration, fundraising and scholarship processes, communications, event logistics, board meeting support, financial tracking, and stakeholder relations. Ensure data integrity, donor compliance, timely reporting, and smooth execution of campaigns and recognition activities.

Manage daily operations and maintenance of the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, oversee ice making and preventive maintenance, supervise full-time and student staff, develop SOPs and training, maintain indoor air quality and logbooks, coordinate work orders and facility repairs, and support event coverage and short- and long-term operational planning.

Coordinate student entry, continuation, and exit pathways; organize curricular and cocurricular programs; manage outreach and partnerships with campus, inter-institutional, community, and workforce partners; support deans office, faculty, and advisors; perform additional duties to ensure smooth department operations and program success.
