Provide as-needed clinical instruction/substitute support for RN and PN nursing programs. Teach and supervise nursing students in clinical settings, ensuring competency in medical-surgical skills. Maintain required licensure and collaborate with program faculty.

Supports cosmetology faculty and students in a clinical salon by demonstrating safe techniques, orienting students to tools and supplies, tutoring and coaching, monitoring performance, proctoring tests, preparing equipment, maintaining lab safety, and managing inventory. The role requires compliance with Minnesota cosmetology regulations and collaboration with instructors regarding equipment and supply needs.

Teaches undergraduate financial planning and corporate finance courses; leads development of the Financial Planning Program toward CFP Board registration; builds internships with industry partners; advises students; contributes to scholarship, curriculum development, accreditation, governance, and inclusive university service; and delivers courses in in-person, online, and HyFlex formats.
