Coordinates military and veteran services for students, serving as the primary School Certifying Official. Interprets and applies VA, federal, state, and institutional education-benefit policies; ensures regulatory compliance; advises students; and coordinates with campus departments on enrollment, financial aid, registration, and academic planning. Develops programs supporting enrollment, retention, engagement, and community integration, manages related data, and builds campus and community partnerships for military-connected student success.

Coordinates logistical planning and execution for campus and regional sports facility events. Serves as the primary contact for internal and external customers, processes facility-use agreements and invoices, maintains rental and usage records, manages reservations in EMS software, and oversees evening and weekend events. The role also supports event equipment setup and takedown, compliance, customer service, scheduling, and coordination with students, staff, and community members.

Administers and secures campus network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless services, backups, and cloud networking. Monitors SIEM platforms and network traffic, investigates cybersecurity alerts, supports incident response, patches vulnerabilities, and maintains NIST-aligned security controls. Designs network services, performs risk assessments, troubleshoots performance and security issues, documents configurations, supports compliance audits, and provides IT assistance across two campuses.
