Partner with leaders on employee relations, onboarding, performance cycles, engagement, HR operations, compliance, HRIS accuracy, workplace operations, and vendor coordination. Manage recruiting metrics, ATS processes, employer branding, and AI-assisted hiring workflows while serving as the primary HR contact for the local team.

Lead Salesforce discovery and solution design (BRDs, FSDs, process flows), own Agile project delivery (sprint cadence, budgets, RAID), drive UAT and adoption, mentor BAs, build reusable delivery assets, and use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Lead design and delivery of Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions and CPQ-to-Revenue-Cloud transformations. Architect Agentforce and GenAI quoting agents, own data models, pricing logic, and integrations. Build extensibility with Apex, LWC, Flows, enforce CI/CD and automated testing, mentor Salesforce developers, and communicate technical risks to stakeholders.

Build full-stack web applications and GenAI features using React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript; design data layers and pipelines; implement LLM-based RAG and agentic workflows; integrate third-party systems; own end-to-end delivery, security, testing, and CI/CD; collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end finance for India operations: FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, statutory compliance, intercompany/transfer pricing with the US entity, payroll and treasury, internal controls, audit readiness, and build an AI-enabled finance team and systems.

Embed onsite with a major tech client to design and build scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows; develop Agentforce and GenAI features with LLM integrations; implement integrations (REST/SOAP/Platform Events), CI/CD, TDD, and security/data governance; lead technical designs and Agile ceremonies while representing mindZvue at the client site.
