Sell lumber and building materials to architects, builders, designers, and homeowners within a territory. Prospect, present, demo products, manage projects from order to delivery, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, attend trade shows, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and market presence.

Drive showroom sales and promote the Mill Creek brand by building relationships with builders, designers, architects, and homeowners. Support outside sales with quotes, order tracking, and coordination. Provide product expertise in doors, windows, fireplaces, and trim, perform job site measurements, gather testimonials/photos for marketing, and represent the company at events.

Design and draft detailed 2D and 3D plans using CAD software, produce technical drawings and construction documentation, ensure compliance with standards, collaborate with engineering, production, sales, and vendors, maintain CAD libraries, manage multiple projects, and resolve design issues for millwork products.

Greet customers, advise on product selection, support outside sales and builders, manage showroom displays, process orders in the POS, schedule and track ticket-flow, coordinate production and deliveries, and communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email.

Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver accurate, manufacturable designs for architectural millwork. Set strategy, KPIs, and standards, drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee software implementation (Microvellum, AutoCAD), and ensure on-time, high-quality project execution while developing talent and operational excellence.

Responsible for developing new business and managing accounts within a territory for commercial construction projects. Identify opportunities, produce accurate quotes with internal teams, provide product expertise on doors, hardware, trusses, windows, and millwork, attend job site meetings, maintain CRM and sales documentation, and meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and manage commercial contractor and developer accounts within a defined territory. Identify project opportunities, provide product expertise and accurate quotes, collaborate with internal teams, attend jobsite meetings, maintain CRM and sales reports, and meet monthly and annual sales targets for commercial building materials.

Prepare and smooth wood surfaces, apply stains/varnishes/paints using spray guns and brushes, match colors, inspect and repair flaws, maintain finishing equipment, follow safety protocols, collaborate with production team, and keep material and work records.
