Drives commercial sales growth by developing contractor, developer, architect, and builder relationships; identifying construction project opportunities; estimating material needs; preparing quotes; and providing building-material expertise. Coordinates with estimating, purchasing, and logistics teams, maintains CRM records, attends job site meetings and industry events, monitors market activity, and meets sales goals across a defined territory.

Provides front desk, customer and vendor support, bookkeeping, invoicing, collections, payroll administration, payment posting, deposits, cash reporting, records management, scheduling, correspondence, data entry, filing, and management support. The role requires accurate handling of financial data, confidential information, office software, communications, and multiple administrative priorities.

Sell lumber and building materials to architects, builders, designers, and homeowners within a territory. Prospect, present, demo products, manage projects from order to delivery, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, attend trade shows, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and market presence.

Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver accurate, manufacturable designs for architectural millwork. Set strategy, KPIs, and standards, drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee software implementation (Microvellum, AutoCAD), and ensure on-time, high-quality project execution while developing talent and operational excellence.

Design truss systems using dedicated truss-design software and CSD Accounting, read blueprints, produce quotes, release designs to shop, size beams, interact with customers and sales, and assist with calls and facility needs.
