Provides in-person and phone-based customer service while driving fireplace sales. Responsibilities include recommending products, processing orders through POS systems, coordinating fulfillment, tracking inventory, restocking displays, conducting inventory counts, and upselling complementary products. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong product knowledge, accurate order handling, and flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Generate showroom and market sales for building materials by advising customers, builders, architects, and designers. Manage product selection, quotes, orders, follow-ups, and project coordination while supporting outside sales. Represent the brand through networking, job-site visits, product showcases, testimonials, and project photography. Conduct measurements and coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure accurate execution and customer satisfaction.
