Implement DR/HA, automate tasks with PowerShell, monitor with tools like SolarWinds, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide 24x7 on‑call production support.

Serve as MISO's primary liaison to senior members and regulators, resolving operational and policy issues, leading stakeholder outreach, presenting operational reports, coordinating emergency and weather-event responses, supporting member onboarding, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve member experience and regional goals.

Lead intake, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of training content and e-learning. Build interactive modules, support instructor-led sessions and LMS administration, partner with SMEs, manage project plans, timelines, and documentation, and apply learning best practices.

Design, prototype, and deploy AI and agent-based solutions to improve grid planning and reliability. Experiment with LLMs and cloud AI (OpenAI, Vertex AI), build RAG pipelines, integrate APIs, develop scalable REST/gRPC services, and collaborate with data and software engineers to move prototypes to production.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will develop processes to support the electric grid, analyze system conditions, and design future processes for MISO.
