Lead a team to research, design, and implement enhancements to wholesale market frameworks, pricing, and operations. Drive complex proposals from concept to approval, collaborate with engineering, operations, planning and policy teams, present and defend initiatives to stakeholders and regulators, monitor industry trends, and build consensus to support reliable, affordable, and sustainable grid operations.

Design, optimize, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM workflows using Flow Designer and orchestration. Build integrations with monitoring/security tools, develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Bash/Python), apply ServiceNow AI features, and ensure automations are compliant, auditable, and performance-tuned to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.

Lead end-to-end NERC CIP compliance execution and testing for IT/OT controls, perform maturity reviews and investigations, drive corrective actions, coordinate regulator responses, deliver training, and support cybersecurity initiatives and incident response.
