Build and optimize automated execution, hedging, inventory, and risk-management systems for crypto markets. Own the full lifecycle from quantitative research, backtesting, and simulation through deployment, monitoring, and live tuning. Analyze market microstructure, order books, slippage, liquidity, and trading performance. Develop high-throughput, low-latency systems in Go and research and strategy tooling in Python while improving resiliency, observability, and operational excellence.

Build and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern architecture patterns. Deliver complex mobile features, optimize performance, own testing and CI/CD infrastructure, reduce technical debt, and ensure accessibility, security, and reliability. Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams while mentoring other iOS engineers and driving technical direction.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research for investing and derivatives products. Plan and lead research projects from discovery through evaluation, including surveys, interviews, benchmarking, and usability studies. Collaborate with product, design, growth, data, and customer support teams to identify user and product issues, establish feedback cycles, monitor experience metrics, and communicate actionable insights that improve product and business outcomes.

Own and execute product features from strategy through delivery. Prioritize roadmap, run competitive analysis and market research, gather customer feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and make tactical decisions to deliver value to users.

Lead a team of analysts to convert data into actionable insights, build forecasting and predictive models, engage cross-functional stakeholders, ensure metric adoption, present recommendations to senior management, and mentor junior analysts while promoting analytics best practices.
