Optimize end-to-end customer journeys and improve user experiences across all touchpoints. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate vision into action by owning key workstreams, aligning cross-functional teams, delivering data-driven insights, conducting industry research, and ensuring execution of top strategic initiatives.

Own and maintain internal infrastructure (VPN, MDM, SSO, identity), ensure high uptime, automate provisioning and IT workflows with scripting and config-as-code, respond to incidents, deliver infrastructure roadmap milestones, lead proactive improvements, and reduce manual IT overhead via automation.

Lead a team of analysts to convert data into actionable insights, build forecasting and predictive models, engage cross-functional stakeholders, ensure metric adoption, present recommendations to senior management, and mentor junior analysts while promoting analytics best practices.

Design and build scalable, low-latency backend systems for real-time trading and financial data. Take end-to-end ownership from ideation through architecture, development, release, and production monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally, handle and post-mortem live incidents, and deliver product-focused features with strong user impact.

Design, build, and operate high-volume, low-latency financial systems with zero-downtime requirements. Own full lifecycle delivery, ensure reliability and observability, collaborate with product, mentor engineers, and make pragmatic architectural decisions while leveraging modern tools including AI-assisted development.

Analyze product and user data to identify improvements; define and test features with cross-functional teams; maintain product documentation; liaison between product, engineering, design, support, and partners; conduct market and competitive research; optimize CX/CS workflows and standards.
