Teams at Midas

Midas Coders League is an onsite coding challenge for Computer Engineering students of any academic year. Participants solve complex programming problems, demonstrate first-principles thinking, and compete for prizes. Selected applicants will spend the day at Midas meeting engineering teams and learning about the company’s engineering culture. Strong performers may receive future part-time or full-time opportunities.

Midas is expanding its Talent team across Talent Acquisition, Talent Business Partner, and Compensation and Benefits roles. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, talent sourcing, pipeline development, organizational effectiveness, performance and engagement initiatives, compensation benchmarking, equity analysis, payroll accuracy, employee records, and data-driven reward modeling.

Build and optimize high-performance frontend applications for real-time trading and financial data. Investigate complex issues across frontend, APIs, and real-time data flows; improve platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability; and collaborate with product, design, backend, and engineering teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, incident response, product impact, and exceptional user experiences.
