The IT Support Specialist Level 3 will perform complex network architecture, server migrations, and provide IT support for client systems.

The IT Support Team Specialist will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot issues with various systems and devices, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include documenting work via a ticketing system and maintaining professional client relations.

Sell company products and services to new clients by prospecting, cold calling, and following leads. Build and maintain a network of prospects, align offerings to client needs, manage sales cycle issues, maintain daily sales activity reports, and close new business to increase revenue.

Provide technical guidance and comprehensive client support for software, hardware, network, and infrastructure issues. Troubleshoot and implement advanced network designs, server and application migrations, hypervisors, SANs, and O365; use scripting/PowerShell to automate and resolve problems. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors, communicate solutions to non-technical clients, and manage multiple projects while maintaining professional client relationships.
