Design and develop mechanical systems and enclosures for 5G mmWave radio units across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, simulation, prototyping, tolerance analysis, material selection, DFM/DFA, RF shielding, thermal management, technical documentation, production support, testing, and troubleshooting. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable, robust, and compliant designs.

Manage office operations and executive support, including due diligence, corporate documentation, contract workflows, correspondence, records, travel logistics, procurement administration, recruitment and onboarding support, HR documentation, vendor coordination, meetings, events, and guest reception. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, process ownership, and fluency in Polish and English.

Deploy, configure, integrate, test, and support 5G RAN systems for customers. Prepare laboratory systems, verify hardware and software, provide technical support, maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and internal network infrastructure, and create deployment documentation. The role includes occasional worldwide customer-site deployments and collaboration with engineering, internal teams, and customers.

Develop and maintain 5G RAN software across L1/L2/L3 protocol layers, port and optimize systems for ARM and x86 platforms, integrate licensing, support synchronization technologies, troubleshoot deployments, document interfaces, and collaborate with hardware and QA teams on testing and real-time telecom solutions.

Develop embedded software functionality for ARM-based 5G mmWave radio units. Responsibilities include system architecture, software and Linux distribution testing, troubleshooting, debugging, standards compliance, system integration, and collaboration with engineers and project managers. The role requires Python and embedded development experience; C/C++, Xilinx SoCs, bare-metal programming, CI/CD, Git, Linux build systems, kernel drivers, and LTE/5G knowledge are preferred.

Coordinate technical programs across hardware, software, RAN, deployment, manufacturing, and external partners. Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, issue tracking, prototype validation, production-readiness documentation, engineering-to-production handoffs, scalable processes, field trials, proofs of concept, and customer integrations. The role supports 5G system development, manufacturing ramp-up, release management, and cross-functional execution.

The VP of Finance will lead corporate finance, fundraising, investor relations, FP&A, financial modeling, board reporting, capital structure, working capital, COGS and margin optimization, grant compliance, international tax governance, and finance team development. The role partners with the CEO and leadership team to support Series A/B fundraising, enterprise pricing, hardware manufacturing economics, global expansion, and scalable financial operations.
