Design and develop mechanical systems and enclosures for 5G mmWave radio units across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, simulation, prototyping, tolerance analysis, material selection, DFM/DFA, RF shielding, thermal management, technical documentation, production support, testing, and troubleshooting. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable, robust, and compliant designs.

Manage office operations and executive support, including due diligence, corporate documentation, contract workflows, correspondence, records, travel logistics, procurement administration, recruitment and onboarding support, HR documentation, vendor coordination, meetings, events, and guest reception. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, process ownership, and fluency in Polish and English.

Leads product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy for complex telecom and connectivity products. Creates market-facing content, conducts market and competitive research, identifies target segments and lead-generation channels, and partners with product and sales teams. Develops use cases, customer success stories, strategic partnerships, industry visibility, communications, and PR initiatives. Requires strong technical storytelling, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and telecom or infrastructure expertise.
