Provide strategic financial leadership for the credit union, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, ALM, investments, liquidity, budgeting, CECL allowance, regulatory reporting, and vendor relations. Present financial analysis to executive leadership, ALM Committee, and the Board; manage finance teams and third-party providers to ensure compliance and long-term financial stability.

Support daily accounting operations and payment processing including posting, reconciliation, ACH/wire/check processing, exception handling, fraud review and investigations, regulatory compliance (Reg E, BSA, OFAC), member phone support, and use of core banking and fraud monitoring systems.

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage brand and content, oversee social media and analytics, coordinate branch and vendor marketing, support member communications, and use AI tools to optimize marketing performance.
