Provides strategic leadership for YMCA membership sales, retention, engagement, service, and operations. Frontline fundraiser who cultivates, solicits, and stewards major gift donors, manages a donor portfolio, prepares proposals and reports, partners with branch leaders and volunteers, maintains CRM records, and meets fundraising goals. Requires regular regional travel and occasional evening/weekend availability.

Lead and assist youth enrichment classes by designing and delivering age-appropriate lesson plans, managing class safety and equipment, maintaining records, building relationships with students and parents, and upholding YMCA values. Support the Site Supervisor in daily attendance, safety, supervision, and program operations for before/afterschool children. Assist with activity leadership, behavior management, health/first-aid response, licensing paperwork, staff oversight, event planning, and maintaining sanitary program environments.

Provide cash and card sales, set up camper accounts, stock merchandise, accept deliveries, maintain cleanliness, prevent loss, and deliver professional customer service at the camp Trading Post.
