Supervise and mentor campers and junior counselors in a seasonal day camp. Frontline fundraiser who cultivates, solicits, and stewards major gift donors, manages a donor portfolio, prepares proposals and reports, partners with branch leaders and volunteers, maintains CRM records, and meets fundraising goals. Requires regular regional travel and occasional evening/weekend availability.
