Direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic and enforce parking regulations at DCA or IAD. Design and prototype web, intranet, and mobile application features; develop interactive, device-agnostic responsive designs; convert content to HTML; conduct usability testing and design thinking workshops; collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers; use DevOps and Agile tools to capture requirements and meet SLAs; support ongoing web and app development and provide after-hours administrator support as needed.

Learns to install, repair, and maintain locks, keying systems, door hardware, low-voltage locking systems, and fabricate parts. Supports full-performance locksmiths, responds to emergencies, maintains inventory, prepares invoices, and assists with contractor installations while completing background checks and required training.

Train to respond to and mitigate fires, medical emergencies, rescues, and hazardous incidents at airport facilities. Perform apparatus/equipment inspection and maintenance, participate in physical and technical training, complete administrative logs and incident reports, and work collaboratively under supervision in high-pressure, potentially dangerous environments.

Respond to and mitigate emergencies at airports including fire suppression, rescue, and basic life support EMS; operate and maintain apparatus and equipment; perform HAZMAT operations, building inspections, training, station maintenance, and community outreach.
