Manage daily inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing of parts and materials to support 24x7 maintenance operations at Dulles Airport. Research and source replacement parts (including obsolete items), maintain inventory records and BOMs, reconcile P-Card transactions in Workday, coordinate with procurement and maintenance staff, and support just-in-time inventory and small contracts as assigned.

Perform pre- and post-award contract administration for IT procurements: develop scopes, support solicitation and award, manage contract files, monitor budgets, review invoices, resolve performance issues, and support close-out.
