Administers compensation, benefits, retirement, leave, disability, and pension programs. Conducts job analyses, desk audits, evaluations, salary surveys, and pay assessments. Maintains compensation and benefits data, audits payroll reports, prepares analyses, advises employees and retirees, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates with plan administrators, insurers, payroll, committees, and HR stakeholders.

Administers Oracle Primavera Unifier, the engineering project management information system. Responsibilities include managing user access and security, developing system enhancements and business processes, supporting project and contract setup, coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams, producing performance reports, troubleshooting issues, administering updates, and training system users. Requires five years of A/E planning, design, and construction project management experience and prior Primavera Unifier implementation or maintenance experience.

Manages datacenter infrastructure and operations, including servers, storage, cloud services, operating systems, networking services, backups, and disaster recovery. Leads deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, service delivery, cost optimization, vendor contracts, policies, and technical staff. Oversees Microsoft technologies, cloud operations, infrastructure planning, and continuous availability while serving as a technical advisor and contracting representative.
