Manage multidisciplinary mechanical engineering design and construction projects for airport capital programs. Oversee contractors and consultants for scope, quality, schedule, and budget; review designs, shop drawings, and progress; develop mechanical design standards; serve as COTR; coordinate stakeholders, safety, and code compliance; perform site investigations and construction support to ensure project requirements and quality control.
