Drive B2B solution sales for utility submetering services, exceeding sales targets through prospecting, client presentations, relationship building, proposals, negotiation, and pipeline management. Build relationships with real estate developers, building owners, property managers, and condominium boards. Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, resolve concerns, and fulfill client commitments. Track activities in Salesforce, report pipeline progress, and attend industry events. The role is remote with expected travel across the state.

Manage post-sale B2B client relationships for a portfolio of property owners and managers. Serve as primary contact, coordinate onboarding, billing, field services, and success plans, monitor client health, lead touchpoints, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead Canadian and US tax compliance and planning, manage filings (including SR&ED, T106, Forms 1042/1120), oversee tax provisions and cross-border reporting, liaise with auditors, CRA/IRS, support M&A tax structuring, and research and implement tax strategies to optimize cross-border tax efficiency.
