Leads equipment deployment, applies DFMA, designs tooling and fixtures, develops manufacturing processes, estimates costs, responds to proposals, and supports production improvements. Requires CAD, AutoCAD, PLC, robotics, GD&T, and leadership experience. Approximately 25% project travel is required.

Maintains and improves robotic, PLC, and industrial automation systems in a manufacturing plant. Trains maintenance technicians, troubleshoots escalated equipment issues, governs control-system changes and backups, and supports automation projects. Leads Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives, applies data-driven continuous improvement, tracks KPIs, improves safety and quality, reduces costs, and supports equipment specification, installation, and process optimization.

Provides broad human resources support at a manufacturing plant across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll accuracy, training, compliance, corrective actions, and personnel records. Partners with plant leadership, Operations, Finance, and Payroll to resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, support audits, and ensure fair policy administration throughout the employee lifecycle.

Owns talent and leadership development for a manufacturing plant, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance calibration, individual development plans, coaching, training design, and talent metrics. Partners with operations leaders, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to strengthen leadership pipelines, improve organizational capability, and support workforce strategy. Maintains talent data and leads change, culture, and organizational development initiatives.

Supports Human Development and HR functions through absenteeism and turnover analysis, HR process digitalization, reporting, labor affairs, internal communications, training, onboarding, rewards and recognition, and talent management compliance tracking. Conducts skills matrix and on-the-job training audits while contributing to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Lead paint-line process engineering, EHS compliance, defect troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, KPI and quality monitoring, pretreatment control, paint and chemical validation, audits, operator training, cost and cycle-time improvements, and cross-functional initiatives supporting equipment performance, new product introduction, and manufacturing efficiency.

Coordinates technical sourcing, supplier development, tooling transfers, maintenance, audits, recovery actions, engineering changes, and project readiness across multiple suppliers and facilities. Supports APQP and PPAP milestones, evaluates tooling and manufacturing risks, manages spare parts and budgets, develops supplier technical capabilities, and reports performance, timing, risks, and corrective actions. The role requires cross-functional leadership across procurement, engineering, quality, operations, logistics, and finance within automotive or metal-mechanical manufacturing.
