Position Name: Administrative Information Specialist

Accountabilities
- Monthly and weekly MIS Reports with Financial Analysis to Plant Leadership Team and Central Finance.
- Preparation of Budget and Forecast with coordination with each Departments.
- Monthly Financial Schedule review and rectification
- Monthly review and updating of Provision and Prepayments.
- Monthly Payroll review and payment process
- Payroll Tax compliances and issue of Tax certificate to employee
- Document preparation and follow up for Export Incentive
Academic & Experience:
CA (Fresher)/CA Inter (3-5 Years)/MBA –Finance (3-5 Years).
3-5 Years of Experience in Accounting Skills with good proficiency in MS office and presentation skills.
Technical Skills:
- Accounting / Bookkeeping Knowledge
- Chart of Account knowledge
- Payroll Process & Individual Income Tax through knowledge.
- Tax Statutory compliances
- Oracle Working Knowledge
- Good amount of working knowledge in MS office
Skills Required
- CA fresher, CA Inter with 3–5 years of experience, or MBA Finance with 3–5 years of experience
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
