Maintains and improves robotic, PLC, and industrial automation systems in a manufacturing plant. Trains maintenance technicians, troubleshoots escalated equipment issues, governs control-system changes and backups, and supports automation projects. Leads Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives, applies data-driven continuous improvement, tracks KPIs, improves safety and quality, reduces costs, and supports equipment specification, installation, and process optimization.

Supervise assembly operations to meet safety, quality, volume, and delivery goals. Coordinate staff, ensure adherence to standard work, maintain equipment and materials availability, record daily operational performance, address safety and environmental risks, support quality management requirements, implement Built In Quality practices, close customer alerts, and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.

Provides broad human resources support at a manufacturing plant across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll accuracy, training, compliance, corrective actions, and personnel records. Partners with plant leadership, Operations, Finance, and Payroll to resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, support audits, and ensure fair policy administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
