Designs, implements, and optimizes safe, cost-effective manufacturing systems. Leads equipment deployment, applies DFMA, designs tooling and fixtures, develops manufacturing processes, estimates costs, responds to proposals, and supports production improvements. Requires CAD, AutoCAD, PLC, robotics, GD&T, and leadership experience. Approximately 25% project travel is required.

Maintains and improves robotic, PLC, and industrial automation systems in a manufacturing plant. Trains maintenance technicians, troubleshoots escalated equipment issues, governs control-system changes and backups, and supports automation projects. Leads Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives, applies data-driven continuous improvement, tracks KPIs, improves safety and quality, reduces costs, and supports equipment specification, installation, and process optimization.

Provides broad human resources support at a manufacturing plant across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, payroll accuracy, training, compliance, corrective actions, and personnel records. Partners with plant leadership, Operations, Finance, and Payroll to resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, support audits, and ensure fair policy administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
