Maintain and improve industrial automation systems, including robots, PLCs, HMIs, and peripheral equipment. Train maintenance technicians, troubleshoot escalated controls issues, govern software changes, and support equipment projects. Lead plant-wide ODiX and Industry 4.0 implementation, improve controls reliability, track KPIs, enhance quality and safety, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement through standardization, problem solving, and automation.

Supervise assembly operations to meet safety, quality, volume, and delivery goals. Coordinate staff, ensure adherence to standard work, maintain equipment and materials availability, record daily operational performance, address safety and environmental risks, support quality management requirements, implement Built In Quality practices, close customer alerts, and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.

Creates and manages manufacturing, maintenance, and material schedules to support on-time delivery and efficient plant operations. Coordinates production, maintenance, logistics, MRO, suppliers, and stakeholders; prepares purchase orders; plans material logistics; monitors capacity, workflow, inventory, downtime, and KPIs; schedules preventive and emergency repairs; documents scheduling procedures; and resolves shortages, conflicts, and operational constraints.
