Ensure facility-wide compliance with OSHA and company safety policies through inspections, training, risk assessments, accident investigations, PPE and equipment oversight, emergency drills, corrective actions, and liaison with HR and regulators. Implement QA policies, conduct audits and corrective actions, oversee vendor material quality, train staff on OSHA/OSH procedures, perform risk assessments and accident investigations, maintain records and compliance with ASTM/ABS/ASME standards, and collaborate with operations, HR, and legal on safety and quality matters.

May travel to other plants.
