Generates and grows industrial sales by introducing products, maintaining customer accounts, identifying decision-makers, soliciting business, preparing estimates and quotes, executing sales plans, and coordinating with outside sales and internal departments to ensure timely delivery. The role is primarily office-based and requires frequent phone communication, multitasking, customer service, and limited travel.

Manage and coach an inside sales team to drive revenue and profitability through strategic sales plans, pricing, proposals, RFP responses, client relationship management, activity tracking, and performance evaluations while controlling expenses and ensuring standards are met.

Creates and maintains manufacturing schedules, manages production orders, reviews capacity and lead times, coordinates with sales and production, and supports on-time delivery. Maintains production paperwork, inventory accuracy, quality procedures, corrective actions, and material allocation. The role requires communication across departments, mechanical aptitude, blueprint interpretation, strong organization, computer literacy, and work in a physically demanding industrial warehouse environment.
