Manages and grows customer accounts through outbound calls, email outreach, quoting, estimating, cross-selling, upselling, and closing sales. The role handles order changes, communicates pricing and delivery information, monitors sales data, meets sales goals, and collaborates with outside sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for prospecting, maintaining industrial customer accounts, quoting and estimating projects, converting opportunities into sales, meeting sales goals, managing order changes, and coordinating delivery and customer service. The role conducts inbound and outbound sales, cross-selling, up-selling, and collaborates with outside sales, production, quality assurance, and purchasing teams. Industrial steel or B2B sales experience is preferred.

Manages office administration, policies, procedures, supplies, vendors, payroll reconciliation, inventory processes, order documentation, and employee onboarding support. Ensures efficient, compliant, and confidential office operations while coordinating with internal departments, customers, service providers, landlords, and Human Resources. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, computer literacy, and occasional travel by vehicle and air.
