Provide front-desk support, answer phones, manage mail and office supplies, assist with customer statements and credit holds, set up new customers, support accounting during month-end, and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Develop and grow B2B accounts in the Georgia territory through cold calling and sales calls. Manage territory schedule, pass qualified leads, prepare quotes/forecasts, maintain records, resolve customer issues, provide technical support and value-added services, and promote aluminum and stainless-steel products to increase revenue.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments, maintain receiving and production paperwork, resolve discrepancies with sales/purchasing/quality, process returns, maintain filing, perform data entry and basic reports, and support production department clerical needs while following safety and PPE requirements.
