Ensure facility-wide compliance with OSHA and company safety policies through inspections, training, risk assessments, accident investigations, PPE and equipment oversight, emergency drills, corrective actions, and liaison with HR and regulators. Support Safety Director and regional safety management and manage safety-related records, reporting, and onsite safety coordination in an industrial warehouse environment.

Provide HR support for multi-site industrial facilities including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/payroll tasks, compliance with federal contractor and employment laws, employee relations, labor relations support, training, recordkeeping, and occasional travel to assigned locations.

Receives and records incoming shipments, completes production paperwork and data entry, processes shipping/receiving documents and returns, resolves quantity or billing discrepancies with sales/purchasing/quality, maintains filing systems, and performs general clerical duties while adhering to safety and company policies in an industrial warehouse environment.
