Provide litigation-focused administrative support including heavy calendaring, drafting correspondence and legal documents, preparing hearing/trial binders, assisting client intake and engagement, conducting conflict checks, and managing e-filing and court procedure compliance for federal and state courts.

Handle a range of litigation matters (general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, civil litigation). Manage all phases of discovery including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts. Meet deadlines, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and develop client relationships. Must be admitted to practice in Arizona.

Handle a diverse docket of civil litigation matters including general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect. Provide litigation support including federal and state court filing (including e-filing), research, pre-trial and trial assistance, heavy calendaring and scheduling for multiple attorneys, client and witness contact, organizing case files, and using document management systems.

Represent clients in General Liability, Insurance Defense, and White Collar matters. Handle all phases of discovery, written discovery, and depositions. Perform legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage multiple complex cases, maintain client relationships, meet billable hour targets, and collaborate with firm teams. Must be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
