Represent clients in litigation across multiple practice areas. Manage all phases of discovery, conduct depositions, perform legal research and writing, maintain client relationships, manage multiple cases, meet billable targets, and collaborate with firm teams.

Provides litigation support to multiple attorneys, including scheduling, calendaring court deadlines and depositions, drafting legal correspondence and memoranda, preparing hearing and trial files, conducting conflict checks, preparing engagement letters, and opening matters. Requires litigation experience, knowledge of federal and state court procedures, federal e-filing experience, strong organization, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in the office.
