Lead legal talent acquisition by developing hiring strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, managing full candidate lifecycle, and partnering with senior leaders to meet multi-state practice-group needs while ensuring excellent candidate experiences.

Provide litigation support across multiple practice areas including discovery and depositions, conduct legal research and writing, manage multiple complex cases, cultivate client relationships, meet billable targets, and work independently or on teams. Must hold a JD and be licensed to practice in California.

Provide litigation support including federal and state court filing (including e-filing), research, pre-trial and trial assistance, heavy calendaring and scheduling for multiple attorneys, client and witness contact, organizing case files, and using document management systems.
