Requires litigation experience, knowledge of federal and state court procedures, federal e-filing experience, strong organization, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in the office.

Supports litigation attorneys with federal and state court filings, legal research, pretrial preparation, trial assistance, scheduling, calendaring, client and witness contact, opposing counsel communication, and case document management. The role requires managing multiple attorneys with full caseloads, following professional conduct rules, and working onsite in Las Vegas.

Handle diverse litigation matters, including general and product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction defect, and civil cases. Manage all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts. Build strong client relationships, deliver high-quality legal services, meet strict deadlines, and manage cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
