The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Seven years of litigation experience.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
- Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California.
Skills Required
- Two to five years' experience
- Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients and maintain excellent service for existing clients
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a record of meeting billable hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive to handle necessary tasks
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to Practice Law in California
