Provide hands-on personal care and medication administration to Enhanced Living residents per DHS regulations. Assist with hygiene, transfers, treatments, therapies, encourage independence, ensure medications are taken, and serve as a role model for nursing assistants. Must work rotating weekends and holidays.

Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, investigations, and HR programs. Use HR data to recommend solutions that support engagement, retention, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Provide friendly meal service and assist with food preparation, portioning, meal setup, and kitchen tasks. Ensure residents receive correct meals per dietary guidelines, maintain cleanliness and food safety, wash dishes, restock supplies, and deliver excellent customer service in a team environment.

Provide person-centered nursing care as an LPN or RN in a 5‑star nursing facility. Lead and support neighborhood care teams; assess, document, and communicate resident conditions; implement and update individualized care plans; coordinate appointments and interdepartmental communication; foster a safe, relationship-centered environment and support team accountability.

As an LPN/RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, lead team members, observe resident conditions, coordinate care, and ensure a positive environment.
