Provide hands-on personal care and medication administration to Enhanced Living residents per DHS regulations. Assist with hygiene, transfers, treatments, therapies, encourage independence, ensure medications are taken, and serve as a role model for nursing assistants. Must work rotating weekends and holidays.

Partner with leaders to provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, investigations, and HR programs. Use HR data to recommend solutions that support engagement, retention, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

Provide friendly meal service and assist with food preparation, portioning, meal setup, and kitchen tasks. Ensure residents receive correct meals per dietary guidelines, maintain cleanliness and food safety, wash dishes, restock supplies, and deliver excellent customer service in a team environment.
