Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Retail and Consumer Goods customers across North America. Design AWS multi-region infrastructure, HA/DR environments, Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Bridge application engineering and infrastructure by reviewing architectures, improving backend performance, building platform tooling, mentoring engineers, and enabling cloud-native reliability. Own observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, and deployment automation while supporting security scanning and compliance alignment.

Own product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, demand generation, and broader go-to-market strategy for AI and LLM solutions. Build qualified pipeline through paid channels, partnerships, growth experiments, and co-marketing. Partner with founders, sales, and product teams to optimize the funnel, track CAC and ROI, manage marketing attribution, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Own the full product lifecycle for myRico, an AI teammate for software teams. Work with founders, engineers, and customers to identify valuable problems, prototype workflows, prioritize features, ship solutions, evaluate adoption, and iterate. The role requires customer research, product judgment, technical fluency around AI behavior and integrations, clear communication, and ownership from discovery through delivery. This position is based in Bangalore and requires five days per week in the office.

Counsel prospective students and clients, recommend suitable programs, generate new business, manage sales pipelines, conduct meetings, and close deals. The role owns the full counselling and sales cycle, achieves conversion and revenue targets, maintains CRM records, builds client relationships, and collaborates with marketing, admissions, and operations teams. Develop agentic RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, self-learning agents, and guardrails supporting interruptions and natural pauses. Deploy scalable, secure, reliable ML systems in low-latency real-time environments while collaborating with product, engineering, and MLOps teams.

Research and write concise scripts for solo and guest podcast episodes, conduct in-depth guest and subject research, support outreach and coordination, and help shape editorial strategy. The role requires translating complex technical and interdisciplinary ideas into engaging narratives for broad audiences while aligning with the founder’s vision.

Partners with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives, improve business operations, analyze performance, and develop actionable recommendations. Owns planning, OKRs, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements while leading cross-functional projects from problem framing through implementation. Advises founders on business-critical decisions, market opportunities, and growth levers in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.

Own the production systems behind autonomous enterprise AI agents, including memory, orchestration, scheduling, model steering, latency, deployment, operator tooling, debugging, and benchmarking. Build reliable distributed or stateful systems using Python, shell, and TypeScript/Node.js. Apply strong engineering judgment to security, multi-tenant deployments, testing, observability, and AI agent limitations in a fast-moving startup.

Build and deploy production-grade AI tutoring workflows, including agentic tutoring, grading, retrieval and grounding, personalization, and multimodal pipelines. Optimize latency and cost, implement evaluations, observability, reliability, and safety controls, and own features from product requirements through deployment and iteration. Collaborate with product, design, and education teams to translate learning goals into effective AI behavior.

Drive business operations across Meraki Labs and its portfolio companies by streamlining processes, tracking metrics and OKRs, managing vendors, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and preparing leadership reports. The role also coordinates cross-functional initiatives, improves workflows, develops scalable solutions, and supports high-priority projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own and build Proofline’s production retrieval and knowledge pipeline end to end. Responsibilities include document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, dual-corpus retrieval, provenance, citation and identifier resolution, large-corpus onboarding, and retrieval evaluation. The role requires improving quality release over release while optimizing monitoring, reliability, cost, and latency in a fast-moving, on-site founding engineering environment.
