Own positioning, go-to-market, performance marketing, acquisition funnels, activation, paid conversion, retention, referrals, partnerships, content, community, and brand trust. Establish attribution and analytics, test acquisition channels, manage compliance, hire the initial marketing team, and collaborate with founders, product, and academic teams. Success includes scalable customer acquisition, improved conversion and retention, organic growth, and a recognized brand among students and parents.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Retail and Consumer Goods customers across North America. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networks, and partners; engage C-level stakeholders; lead consultative AI solution sales; develop ROI cases; close complex deals; and identify expansion opportunities. The role carries a $1M–$2M+ ARR quota, targets $100K–$500K ACV deals, and requires collaboration with founders, Product, and Engineering.

Lead cloud and platform architecture for scalable AI and SaaS systems. Design AWS multi-region infrastructure, HA/DR environments, Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Bridge application engineering and infrastructure by reviewing architectures, improving backend performance, building platform tooling, mentoring engineers, and enabling cloud-native reliability. Own observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, and deployment automation while supporting security scanning and compliance alignment.
