The Operations Specialist assists in carrier relationships, negotiates rates, manages shipments using HERO software, resolves delivery issues, and maintains communication with clients and carriers.

Temporary after-hours operations role managing freight loads, coordinating carriers, drivers, clients, and account managers. Monitor load progress, troubleshoot issues, anticipate delays, document updates and fees for billing, and provide clear communication during late-night and weekend shifts.

Lead a technology team to turn ideas into scalable automation and AI-native workflows. Set technical direction, coach engineers, protect focus, design integrations, and deliver production-grade data and automation solutions in a fast-growing 3PL environment.

Troubleshoot end-to-end failures across payloads and handoffs, create reliable automation and self-service tooling, and rapidly deliver pragmatic integration solutions that improve cross-team operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
