Set technical direction, coach engineers, identify opportunities for tools and integrations, improve decision-making workflows, and guide AI-native systems from concept through practical implementation. The role operates across data, applications, integrations, automation, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows while maintaining team focus and delivery momentum.

Supports account managers by coordinating carrier relationships, negotiating rates, scheduling and tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, reviewing carrier performance, documenting costs, handling claims and payments, and updating shipment information. The role serves as a liaison among clients, carriers, and shippers and requires professional English and Spanish communication, strong customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
