The BI Reports Developer designs and maintains BI reports and dashboards, collaborates with stakeholders for reporting needs, analyzes data for trends, and ensures data validation.

The Database Engineer designs, optimizes, and evolves MySQL databases in high-volume settings, ensuring performance and reliability while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.

Lead strategy, design, and delivery of reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across divisions. Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, prioritize BI product roadmap, enable predictive analytics and anomaly detection, and drive data-driven decisions to improve revenue cycle performance and client outcomes.

Process time-sensitive documents and patient requests, validate and analyze billing and accounts, post payments and adjustments, verify insurance eligibility, inspect bankruptcy notices, and handle internal correspondence and itemized statements.

Lead daily operations of a revenue recovery site to meet client, revenue, quality, productivity, and compliance goals. Manage and develop supervisors and frontline teams, monitor KPIs and reporting, support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives while enforcing policies and addressing employee relations.
