Support and strengthen the compliance framework across regulatory adherence, policy governance, risk identification and remediation, and monitoring/auditing of high-risk practices. Translate regulations into controls, maintain policy lifecycle and documentation, conduct risk assessments, manage remediation and audit findings, prepare risk and remediation reports, and collaborate with leadership and departments to embed compliance controls and ensure audit readiness.

Lead cross-functional technology projects through the SDLC, translate business priorities into plans, manage scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholders, standardize execution practices, report status, support change management, and drive continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and aligned to business objectives.

Work remotely to resolve insurance processing errors and denials, manage claims inventory, verify eligibility and patient demographics, communicate with patients and payors, use billing software/databases, and support claims and collections to ensure accurate, timely payments.
