Engages consumers through inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding healthcare-related balances. Responsibilities include handling disputes, explaining account situations, arranging payments, documenting calls, updating account records, researching EOBs and insurance information, and coordinating court-processing items with internal teams.

Supports healthcare revenue cycle operations by processing correspondence, account updates, payments, adjustments, bills, insurance eligibility, disputes, and settlement offers. Reviews and resolves account discrepancies, maintains accurate records, manages office inventory, prepares communications, and supports process improvements. Requires accurate data entry, confidentiality, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple deadlines.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports hybrid enterprise networks across Azure, AWS, on-premises data centers, offices, and remote locations. Responsibilities include cloud connectivity, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, troubleshooting, Zero Trust controls, high availability, disaster recovery, and Infrastructure as Code automation. The engineer leads migration and modernization initiatives, coordinates with vendors, supports office deployments, documents network environments, participates in on-call support, and mentors junior staff.
