Implement complex features, enforce coding standards, optimize performance, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, use AI‑assisted tools responsibly, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive delivery of secure, maintainable software.

Lead and mentor a software development team as a player/coach across legacy client apps and modern web services. Drive SDLC best practices, ISO compliance, agile delivery, test automation, telephony/SIP integrations, and scalable secure architectures while contributing hands-on to code, design, and troubleshooting.

Serve as primary liaison for the ACE accreditation program, guiding agencies through application, review, compliance tracking, training, and continuous improvement. Provide subject-matter expertise, maintain accreditation records and databases, generate reports, and deliver educational materials while supporting internal teams and stakeholders.

Manage the Software Support team, act as primary escalation contact, ensure 24/7 service consistency, monitor ticket/phone queues, drive QA and knowledge base maintenance, coordinate with QA/development and report team performance.

Provide software support for Priority Dispatch products via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot application and SQL issues; document resolutions and create support knowledge; collaborate with development; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; assist in training and occasional hardware/OS support. Role is hybrid in Salt Lake City.
