Own, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ and supporting Sales Cloud functionality across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Entry-level proofreader who checks English and non-English texts for consistency, tone, accuracy, and style. Works with translation, production, and curriculum teams, applies established style guides, uses Track Changes and Word features, and follows checklists under senior staff guidance.

Design, implement, and maintain full-stack software (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases). Lead complex feature development, enforce standards, mentor engineers, review AI-generated code, drive architecture and CI/CD deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects for emergency dispatch solutions. Define scope, create detailed plans, allocate resources, mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, ensure compliance, run post-mortems, and maintain project documentation to meet timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
