Serve as primary liaison for the ACE accreditation program, guiding agencies through application, review, compliance tracking, training, and continuous improvement. Provide subject-matter expertise, maintain accreditation records and databases, generate reports, and deliver educational materials while supporting internal teams and stakeholders.

Lead full‑stack design and development across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and integrations. Implement complex features, enforce coding standards, optimize performance, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, use AI‑assisted tools responsibly, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive delivery of secure, maintainable software.

Lead and mentor a software development team as a player/coach across legacy client apps and modern web services. Drive SDLC best practices, ISO compliance, agile delivery, test automation, telephony/SIP integrations, and scalable secure architectures while contributing hands-on to code, design, and troubleshooting.
