The role requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a hybrid corporate legal environment.

Provides technical software support to clients through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex application and deployment issues, providing SQL and database assistance, documenting resolutions, managing support tickets, coordinating with development teams, contributing to knowledge resources, participating in on-call rotations, and training new specialists. The role also provides limited hardware and operating system support in a hybrid office environment.

Design, implement, and maintain full-stack software (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases). Lead complex feature development, enforce standards, mentor engineers, review AI-generated code, drive architecture and CI/CD deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
