Coordinates 250–350 worldwide training classes monthly, managing course entry, registration, advertisements, updates, correspondence, materials, refunds, and quality assurance. Resolves client, attendee, and instructor questions through phone, email, and live chat, while coordinating with host agencies and internal teams. The role provides proactive support to account, resource management, and project management teams in a hybrid office environment.

Designs and maintains Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines. Implements cloud security controls, monitoring, automation, containerization, and deployment reliability practices. Troubleshoots infrastructure and networking issues, supports production systems through an on-call rotation, documents operational procedures, and collaborates with development, QA, and security teams. The role is hybrid in Salt Lake City and includes occasional travel under 5%.

Coordinates Quality Performance Review projects by tracking tasks, deliverables, timelines, risks, resources, and project documentation. Prepares client and team performance reports, analyzes project data, monitors quality metrics, facilitates stakeholder communications, supports implementation readiness, and escalates issues. The role also assists with calibration activities, action planning, incident resolution, and maintaining consistent service delivery across QPR projects.
